Successfully designed cementing treatments for high temperature - high pressure wells, quality assurance of cement laboratory testing and on site supervision of the cementing process of critical wells in the Cal Canal and East Lost Hills areas. Assisted in San Joaquin Valley well abandonment project for Benterra Corporation through records research, preparation of wellbore diagrams and permitting.  Marketing  and sales representative.

Managed Dowell California’s sales and engineering personnel for 9 years generating over $300 million of profitable revenue.  Developed and implemented sales plans, budgets and marketing plans for new technology introduction to client base.  Personally involved in sales contacts to all levels of client base. Involved in all major contracts, proposals and presentations including financial evaluations.  Involved in the development of several long term Enhanced Business Relationships, Alliances and Single Source Vendor agreements and served on Process Improvement Teams.

Held various positions in engineering, marketing, sales and management in California, Alaska and Rocky Mountains. Co-authored SPE paper on the use of the first continuous mix, delayed crosslinked water based frac fluid, significantly reducing the cost of massive hydraulic frac jobs.  Held the position of Regional Safety & Training Supervisor for the Rocky Mountain area and Area Engineer for the Northern Rocky Mountains.
